What is Ouraan?
Ouraan is a premium wellness brand dedicated to enriching the minds and bodies of growing children. Our mission is to unleash and expand the innate potential of every child by bringing high quality literacy content to your door.

How does the Ouraan Book Club work?
Ouraan Book Club is a subscription-based monthly service that delivers the magic of storytelling to children of all ages. Our experts from the world of children’s literature, education, and parenthood select age-appropriate content for the Ouraan Club. Each month, club members read the same books across the country. After they have finished reading, they share their thoughts, create their own endings, act out scenes, and sometimes rap or sing their favorite parts of a book. All on our platform.

How do you choose books?
A panel of book and reading specialists look through hundreds of titles in the first step of the selection process. Our team reads every book selected and discusses it with specialists and parents to ensure the quality and message of the selected content. How much does it cost? All club subscriptions are $34.99 USD per month. This includes access to our online platform.

Can I try Ouraan Book Club for one month?
You can sign up for one month to see if you like it. If you aren’t satisfied with your subscription, please contact us with your feedback. If you wish to cancel at that time, go to your My Account page and click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

When will I receive my Ouraan delivery?
Ouraan orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary within the United States.

What if I already have one of the books?
If you have already read or own one of the books you get in your order, please let us know by sending us an email at contact@ouraan.com or calling our toll-free number 1-855-OURAAN-1 or 1-855-687-7261 . We encourage you to gift the book to a friend and invite them to join us in our discussions on the Ouraan platform.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription on your My Account page by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’. When you cancel a subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period.

Can you accommodate international orders?
At this time we are only processing orders in the Continental United States. We hope to grow so we can accommodate readers globally.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, and GooglePay.

Do you offer group rates?
If you are interested in purchasing five or more subscriptions, please Submit a Request on the Contact Us page and we will be in touch to explore this with you further.
